DAY 1

Upon arriving at the border or the Tijuana Airport you will be greeted by our driver. At this point you will become the most important patient we have. Everything we will do from this point on is about keeping you safe and comfortable while we work together to help you reach your treatment goal of a full and complete detox
from drugs and or alcohol.

Before taking you to our clinic you will be brought to NewCity Medical Plaza, a brand new state of the art medical surgery center that provides the very best in every area of the medical tourism industry. All housed in the high rise super structure 3 minutes from the San Diego/Tijuana Border. You will have all your labs drawn there by expert nurses that will not have a problem finding a vein, if necessary we will put in a PIC line for those of you that have no veins left.

Your blood tests will all be done within minutes and with results in hand you will then see our cardiologist. You will get an EKG and any other tests that the cardiologist determines you need.

Ibogaine can be deadly if given to people with certain heart conditions, this is why it is very important to answer all medical questions honestly and thoroughly at all times. Once the cardiologist signs off and approves you for treatment you will be taken 25 minutes south along the Pacific Ocean on one of the most scenic drives of your life.

As day 1 concludes our on-site therapist will begin working with you to help you set your intentions, expectations and provide an overview of what’s going to happen during the next several days.

We want you to have faith in the process and when we say we will not allow you to become dopesick or go into acute withdrawals, we mean your doctor here will be medicating you with morphine sulfate with whatever dose it takes to make you comfortable.

You will not be in a situation where our doctors are playing games with your doses. You will get whatever you need. However, the route of administration for morphine sulfate will be oral and you will not be allowed to horde or cheek medication so that you can snort or inject your doses. The days of having to
do that are over once you arrive.
